Sales Representative - local business accounts (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Nest Markets serves neighbourhoods around Virginia Beach with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supplier deliveries clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
