Sales Representative - local business accounts (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
