Sales Representative - local business accounts (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer tracking clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tracking. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
