Sales Representative - local business accounts (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Fern Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
