Sales Representative - local business accounts (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Cobalt Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
