Sales Representative - local business accounts (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Kestrel Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tampa, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
