Sales Representative - local business accounts (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Union Facilities is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
