Sales Representative - local business accounts (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Ridge Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tampa plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
