Sales Representative - local business accounts (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Tampa. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
