Sales Representative - local business accounts (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
