Sales Representative - local business accounts (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Iron Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
