Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Iron Insurance Group is an insurance company in San Diego with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
