Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Hollow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in San Diego presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
