Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Cross Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Diego. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling safety inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
