Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling materials orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
