Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around San Diego. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
