Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove West Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in San Diego presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
