Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Press and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around bindery work clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling bindery work. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
