Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood North Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling permits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
