Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Nest Staffing is a San Antonio staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 373 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
