Sales Representative - local business accounts (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Insurance Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
