Sales Representative - local business accounts (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Rook Staffing places workers with employers around Sacramento, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
