Sales Representative - local business accounts (Richmond, VA)

Bright Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Richmond, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
