Sales Representative - local business accounts (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Fox Insurance Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
