Sales Representative - local business accounts (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
