Sales Representative - local business accounts (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Richmond with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
