Sales Representative - local business accounts (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Richmond, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
