Sales Representative - local business accounts (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Amber Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
