Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is a Columbus contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling permits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
