Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Lumen Clear Farms Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 467 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
