Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Partners and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
