Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Northwind Ridge Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
