Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Energy is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around usage data clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling usage data. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
