Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Staffing Group places workers with employers around St. Louis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
