Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Iron Insurance Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
