Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
