Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Silverline Meridian Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Jose, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ingredient orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
