Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Salt Lake City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
