Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Birch Freight Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
