Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Cedar Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
