Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Nova Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
