Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Silverline Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oakland with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Explain our services around promotions clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
