Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Amberfield Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Dallas serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
