Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction is a Richmond contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
