Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Umber Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Knoxville area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling group events. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
