Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Westbrook Iron Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
