Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Amberfield Forge Freight is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling carrier rates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
