Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Basin Arts Center is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
