Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Westbrook Bright Staffing places workers with employers around Miami. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
