Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Columbus serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
